That can be done. This would be your first season of TASCAR if I'm not mistaken correct BlackHawk? Not sure if I need to put the "rookie stripe" on the back or not

cool beans. i'm opening the registration next Saturday, so i'm prepared to be busy then (and lose time to watch anime. lol) the 2nd half of the year is going to get vewwy busy. ISCC, TASCAR, the remainder of the TEC events.... possibly another tcc/natcc season this year if i read what the rest of staff were saying..

looks like FULL Tuning is winning in the voting process right now. looks like i need to pull out the wrenches on these TASCAR Stock Cars. Anyone else willing to lend a tuning hand?? i put the Build list in one of the other threads here in the tascar section

after 15 laps, for sunset Oval, i'm down to a 41.550 (before the 20% power handicap for Sunset Oval). According to XPR Venom, he's managed a 41.2, so there's another 3 tenths i have to find. Anyone think they can find more??

Martin & BlackHawk, care for some team practice this Saturday? 10pm bst good? I can fit out my current Sunset Oval tune tonight, so we can compare and test possible drafting abilities.

Qualifying Meeting for Round 1 (Sunset 250) wrapped up. Qualified 5th overall. and in my 'Duel' race, i took the win, which places me 3rd for the Race this Saturday.

....the tune though, i caved in and grabbed it off XPR Venom's SF. he wrote it's capable of 43.9's (i hit a 43.914 in practice, 44.041 in Qually)

I took a hit on the start that reduced rear aero and top speed.
Then hit the wall out of the last turn which left me at the back until mccheese did the same.

Round 1 ("Sunset 250") in the books, and took home 3rd overall. was reeling in BG Checo and F4H Insanity near the end with Bump-drafting help from VAMR Wilson, whom by the way as always been a solid 'Stock Car'/TASCAR driver and former teammate in the series. and just like what happens in the real NASCAR racing at Daytona, he bumped me on the wrong corner of the rear bumper, and i tried to power out of it, but as soon as i realized it wasn't going to work, i started fish tailing trying to save it, but the outside wall had to assist to straighten myself out. i was happy to come home 4th, but on the final lap Chaddy all but stopped to give me the spot coming to the line. i had fun. On to Road America next Saturday ("Elkhart Lake 125")

I think listening to different people, reading so many threads, and seeing so many examples for myself, I am afraid to say the drivers of TORA are becoming more and more aggressive, on and off track.

Unless its just me seeing this, I may have to speak with the guys and see if we can review all the official races from Quali to the last lap of the final race each week to see who and what is going on, and what we can do to amend this to make sure everyone has a good time.

i think that's from the fact we had a massive influx from last year at this point as we streamed all 24hr of Le Mans last year for the first time, the member influx shot through the roof, and the level of competition as increased as well, i think.

sorry mark of not racing I didn't realise that tascar is the same time as the iscc but I will make a couple of races
