Seems like I was a little bit optimistic about Q cutoff.
It may be low 58s, with the fastest guys in the 57 (and maybe Bonito in the high 56s)

It's gonna be hard again, let's hope to make we through Twisted Evil

Well the best way to do it is to have the fastest in the team to run the first hour and hour 4-5

Maybe we should organize some group test sessions to determine who is the fastest

Tried you setup HC and it feels good in some areas but horrible to drive in others (not saying it is a bad setup but to my driving style it doesnt match).

Here is my setup. A good solid setup that is fairly easy to push (may need to change fuel level)

Yeah don't worry, I don't take it personally, I know that my setups are quite strange Very Happy
Seems like my driving style is not "common".

I'm looking forward to Oscar's setup because his RA one was awesome Wink

Any ideas on a good race pace?

I can do mid-high 2:00's in the early phase of a run and slowely slipping back to low 2:01's after about 5 laps into the run.

My tire temps are ok (i think) with the middl and inside of all tires being about 114-115 degrees celcius with the rubber about 90% on fronts and 94% on rear

I'm not as fast as I would like Sad

I've seen guys doing high 57s while my PB is 1:58.8xx, seems impossible for me to gain 1 second.
Maybe it's my setup that is poor, since it's just our RA setup with few tweaks and less fuel.

Usually I'm faster on race pace though Wink

I posted a setup if you havent tried it already. Im not expert at setups so don't expect it to be good but to feel it feels stable and comfortable to drive and push hard

The car feels bloody awful around this track. Nice setup though omar, way better than I could manage. Haven't tried yours yet Brendan.

Fastest lap after about an hour practice was a 1:58.3, with a 57.9 optimal.

Should be able to make into the 57s for qualifying but not confident I can go faster than that

If you'll make into the 57s in the official Q-sessions it would be more than enough (at least it's what I suppose looking at laptimes)
Most of the non-alien teams are running in the low 58s, so that time should guarantee us a spot in the race

Well I just did a 57.9 then in a hosted session, 57.6 optimal.

I really like the setup Omar, I might try and make a few changes to it in the coming days to help me in qualifying, I'll leave it up to you guys to find a good race setup because I'll be useless for that. Struggling with overheating front tyres quite a lot with the setup as it is though
