Masters of Endurance - Round 1 To Do List

We've learned from past experience that endurance races take a lot of preparation. To help ensure that we will not be scrambling at the last minute, we need to begin working on the following:

- (For those who haven't) Download TeamSpeak 3 Client, log in to the LMR server, and get comfortable using it.

- Establish setups for both qualifying and race demand.

- Schedule team test sessions and practice working through traffic.

- Establish how long a stint will be for the car and begin to schedule a stint plan based upon timezone, availability, and pace.

We need each driver in round 1 to be in full participation with each other leading up to the race so we are fully prepared. The goal is to have 2 drivers for each car on iRacing (which also means in TeamSpeak as well) at all times throughout the race incase something happens to the person driving at the time.

I can't remember how much it is to host a session. I think it's $1 for 2 hours. Which is probably more than enough.

The MoE admins will be hosting practice sessions in the upcoming weeks too. I'm pretty sure the Z4 can manage around 60-70 mins on a full tank of fuel.

I've just installed TS3, I'm really looking forward to joining you.

Our one for the LMR I Team is being made so we'll be deciding hopefully soon enough.

If we schedule a testing session next weekend, what day/time would work for you guys? Throw some options out there and lets see whats most do-able for people.

on weekends from 10.00am to 19.00pm GMT and monday to friday from 15.00 to 19.00 GMT is okey for me

On Weekends i can do from 1:00GMT-8:00GMT and weekdays i can do 7:00-8:00GMT (I may be slighly wrong with GMT times as i did them off my head)

I can do nearly all weekdays. And I can probably do any day next week.

has anyone runned some laps at Road America? ive just got a 2:07.133 :/

I did some laps earlier today with this season weather. I managed mid 2:05 with full tank, but I realized I was losing more then 5 tenths in sector 4.
BTW I was using a random setup

Ok guys. There is a session being hosted by one of the big teams entering in the series this Saturday. It would be nice to have a test session of our own the night before, and then show up to this as a team.

What are your guys thoughts about having our Open Practice 1 on Friday at 10PM GMT?

8am Saturday might be a bit tough for me since I work until 3am Friday night but I'll see if I can wake up and practice with you guys.

That might be a couple of hours too early. How long is the session going to be?

It should go for as long as people are willing. Hopefully an hour and a half at the least. We can push later as long as the guys in Europe are ok with being up a little later.

i would like for it to go for maybe 4 hours.

thats in the mid night for me, cant make it.

i guess the other option is to have two different sessions that cover everyone

I believe we were looking at hopefully around 22:00 GMT. There is a session hosted by another team on Saturday that we are hoping to attend. Lets see what we can do about getting everyone together for it.

I read the Saturday Practice day wrong. The guy said "We're hosting a practice session this Saturday" but it turned out it's a Driver Swaps race but it's just at Laguna Seca and isn't anything to do with MoE really.

I say the second session should start at 1:00GMT
