Re: Members Cars Thread

Heres what im working on in my spare time. This 1943 Willys jeep was bought by my Dad when he found out he had cancer, we restored the chassis together but unfortunately ive had to do the rest myself as hes gone

Currently the chassis, bodywork, wiring etc is finished, just need to rebuild the engine then its MOT time and hopefully road legal!

Re: Members Cars Thread

Heres the other 'toy' my dad left me.
MK1 Focus RS, 17000 miles only, 280bhp, uprated brakes allround, spa gauges, full Alpine install. Unfortunately this car is worth more sat in the garage as it is spotless and to be honest i couldnt live with myself if i damaged it so she stays tuck away.

Re: Members Cars Thread

Just to show you i have a sense of humour, i built this car when i was 19, looking back it wasnt realy a good way to waste 9 grand but i have learnt from my stupidity, but i did do a 2ltr zetec conversion with R1 throttle bodies, about 145 bhp and decent suspension, i could push the van round corners until we got to a straight.....

Re: Members Cars Thread
Well... someone is a Ford fan looking at this images
I'm not a fan of hatchback/small cars (hence my V8 addiction on and off the box), but I have to say, some nice looking machines there mate.
My uncle owned a 1988 Ford RS500, black with the funny wing and everything, ill have a look through our digital family album tomorrow and bring up some pics, I know iv shown them on another site so can always just drag them to here.

Yes mate definately a ford fan, had quite a few, never had the budget that my dad did though although ive had some nice RS Turbos in the past and i did go Dub for a while. Ill try dig out the pics of my dads Lotus Cortina, he had a works one, red with a gold stripe but he sold it cause of the running costs, shame he didnt keep it cause it would be mine now!

Re: Members Cars Thread
Picked this up yesterday!

Alonso OTK Rotax Max 125cc. 120mph on a long sprocket too. Good thing is I just passed over the minimum age and I'll hopefully be racing in the championship this year! It probably isn't as fast as Henrik's or Collin's but it's a heck of a thing to manage

Re: Members Cars Thread

One day, I'll buy a Superkart 250cc and bring it to L.A. Then we'll see what's faster

Re: Members Cars Thread
I would actually accept the offer since I could record a video of myself and James trashing it with those scrapyard crushers

Re: Members Cars Thread
Yep Collin still running Rotax next season to! Its got damn fast Oscar so take it easy when you go on the gas, and you might die when you go on the rain! Is it a Top Kart?
