Congrats to Oscar and Juan  Smile

I am very happy that setups was good, but i just didnt have a confidence to race this week at iGPS.Had problems with my PC and TV so dont have time to do practice because i was participating at GVL and GSRC invintational.

We are on good good track as a team  Laughing

Just finished a race (skippys on Watkens Glen Classic no bus stop, lots of drafting) where I was content to sit at the back of the tightly packed lead group of cars up until lap 10 where there was a wreck on turn 1. I managed to get by it and was behind the leader by 2 seconds. I was gaining on him until a lap down car came out of the pits and into my daft and was able to follow me. But not only did he follow me, he decided to continually try and overtake me in the carousel and the second to last turn (hard left) with the aid of my draft. I never fell behind 2 seconds to the leader and some laps was able to just to just get a sniff of his draft (1.0-0.8 sec.), only to lose place as the lapped car would try to overtake me. This continued from lap 11, all the way to the finish, ruining my opportunity to battle for my first top split win.  Mad

If anyone wants to see Matt Pawelski, Bill Fraser and myself race at Zolder in the Viceroy Team Teen car. There's a video! (Ignore my spin at the hairpin *cough *cough)

It definitley the new direction of the team! It is where there is the most room for growth, and grow we shall! Forza in the past month has seen a few recruitments that aren't always publicized on the forum which can cause it to seem less active than it is.

What did you find was wrong with it. I havent tried the Spec Ford yet. Mainly focusing on the skippy and playing with the CTSVR

Had a bad race again, have someona a tip how not to fail. Problem is i do a great first half of the race and then i make a misstake, and after that misstake i just continue to make misstakes every lap... was 1 and had a great race, then i spun and next lap i spun at the same place again, and then i crashed in a wall next lap and to spice it up someone spun infront of me and i crashed big time.........  scratch

Probably the 2 best tips are to try to adjust and to keep on focusing. You're only doing 25min races where it is easier to focus. Im going to do a 2 hour races on the weekend, almost doubling my longest race i've participated in

Edit: Also my race is going to be the hottest day in a mini heat wave that starts this weekend (34 degrees).

I think its easyer when its long races beacuse you can get a rythm, in short sprint races everything is so intense and your pushing realy hard. Might be pushing to hard then...

I can get into a rhythm in the Mustang races, it's just that longer race your mind starts to get tired and sometimes the laps feel like hours. I do prefer shorter races but no too short
